All products sold by Solo Operator Tools, including The Client Operations System — Complete Edition, are digital downloads delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for every transaction. This means Lemon Squeezy — not Solo Operator Tools directly — handles payment processing and sales tax/VAT compliance globally.

No Refunds
All sales are final once the digital files have been delivered. This is standard practice for digital goods that cannot be returned once received. If you experience a genuine technical issue with your download — a corrupted file, or a failed delivery — contact us at support@solooperatorpack.com and we will resolve it.

Your download links are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, immediately upon purchase confirmation, by Lemon Squeezy.

Full licensing terms — including what you may and may not do with the product — are included inside the product download as TERMS.txt. Those terms govern your use of the product and take precedence over this summary where the two differ.
